Payment will be up-front.

Commercial Use is up to an additional 50% of the total cost but can be discussed.

NDA is an additional 100% of the total cost; including Commercial Use.

The following is for larger commissions of $100 USD or more.

Payments will begin with 50% upfront and the other 50% upon completion of the piece to receive a high-resolution non-watermarked version of the art.

Commission will not start if the starting deposit of 50% isn't paid.

Commercial Fee for merch is to be discussed with Client prior to the commission.

Be clear and send references; the more the better.

Alterations past a certain point may cost extra based on the complexity of the change.

The time to complete the piece will vary from 2 week to 1 month depending on the following factors;

a. My health.

b. My schedule.

c. The complexity of the commissioned piece.

d. Communication difficulties surrounding timezones.

Deadlines are to be discussed upon request and must be given a reasonable time frame depending on the complexity of the piece.

Upon completion, the client will receive a high resolution version of the art as well as a web friendly version for posting online.

The client is allowed to post the final piece to their socials given I receive credit for the art.

The art cannot be used for commercial purposes unless discussed with me.

I, Mythic Is Loading :

Have the right to cancel or refund the request at any given time or for any reason.I retain all copyright over the commissioned art.I do not claim the intellectual property in the commissioned art as my own.I will not profit from the commissioned work; unless you, the client, break the rules of the terms of service.

I have the right to publish the final piece online to my portfolio.

You, the client :

Are allowed to post the finished commissioned work online to your socials given I receive credit.You cannot alter the final commissioned work without my consent.You, the client ; retain the intellectual property of the commissioned work.You cannot use the commissioned work for commercial use unless discussed with Me prior.The following is what is considered infringement on my copyright :

a. Using the commissioned work for commercial use [ merch ] without my knowledge, or paying the commercial fee; as well as reproducing the artwork for commercial purposes.

b. Claiming the art as your own [ like you made it yourself ].

c. Altering the artwork without my consent.

The client cannot request a refund once the commission has started.

If for some reason I am unable to complete the commission or Start the commission, the client will be issued a full refund.
